GET TRUCKED X TRANSPORT JOBS: AFFORDABLE JOB ADVERTISING, BUILT BY A TRUCKIE FOR THE TRANSPORT INDUSTRY

Helping Australian Transport Businesses Find Quality Staff Without Spending a Fortune on Recruitment

Finding good truck drivers is hard enough. Paying a fortune just to advertise for them shouldn’t make it harder.

That’s exactly why Get Trucked X Transport Jobs was created.

Built by a former truck driver turned heavy vehicle driver trainer, Get Trucked X Transport Jobs is an Australian transport employment platform with one simple goal: make job advertising affordable, accessible and effective for transport businesses of all sizes.

From small family-owned trucking companies to large national transport operators, every business deserves an affordable way to advertise vacancies and reach potential employees.

Because whether you’re looking for one reliable HC driver or recruiting 100 MC interstate linehaul drivers, finding the right staff shouldn’t cost a small fortune.

THE CONVERSATIONS THAT STARTED IT ALL

My name is Ash, and I’m the owner of Dynamic Truck School in Brisbane, Queensland.

Before becoming a heavy vehicle driver trainer, I worked as a truck driver myself.

Over the years, I’ve met hundreds of truck drivers, transport operators, fleet managers and small family-owned transport business owners.

And one frustration kept coming up.

The cost of advertising jobs was getting ridiculous.

Friends running small trucking companies were telling me how much they were spending trying to find reliable drivers.

Some were advertising for weeks, spending hundreds of dollars on individual vacancies and still struggling to find applicants with the right experience.

Others were receiving plenty of applications, but very few from people holding the appropriate HR, HC or MC licence.

Meanwhile, experienced truck drivers were telling me they couldn’t find decent opportunities.

It didn’t make sense.

Businesses needed drivers.

Drivers needed jobs.

Yet connecting the two was becoming increasingly expensive.

And for small family-owned transport companies already dealing with rising operating costs, recruitment was becoming another financial headache.

That’s when I decided to build something specifically for our industry.

SMALL FAMILY TRANSPORT BUSINESSES SHOULDN’T BE PRICED OUT OF RECRUITMENT

Australia’s transport industry isn’t made up entirely of enormous freight companies.

It’s also built on family businesses.

The husband-and-wife teams running a handful of trucks.

The owner-driver who’s finally ready to employ another driver.

The small tipper operator looking for a reliable HC driver.

The refrigerated transport business needing an experienced interstate driver.

The family-owned general freight company trying to expand its fleet.

These businesses are the backbone of Australian transport.

But they don’t necessarily have thousands of dollars sitting around for recruitment advertising.

When you’re already paying for diesel, insurance, registration, maintenance, tyres and wages, spending hundreds of dollars advertising one position can be a serious expense.

Get Trucked X Transport Jobs was built with these businesses in mind.

Affordable job advertising shouldn’t be something only large companies can access.

AND LARGE TRANSPORT COMPANIES SHOULDN’T HAVE TO SPEND $150,000 A YEAR EITHER

The recruitment cost problem doesn’t disappear when a transport company gets bigger.

In fact, it can become considerably worse.

For large transport operators advertising multiple vacancies across different depots, states and divisions, recruitment advertising can become an enormous annual expense.

Consider a national transport company regularly recruiting MC linehaul drivers, local HC drivers, road train operators, diesel mechanics, transport allocators and warehouse staff.

With multiple vacancies advertised throughout the year, job advertising budgets can potentially climb beyond $150,000 annually, depending on the platforms, advertising frequency and recruitment requirements.

That’s an extraordinary amount of money to spend simply promoting available positions.

And while larger companies may have bigger budgets, that doesn’t mean they should have to spend them unnecessarily.

Get Trucked X Transport Jobs isn’t just about helping small businesses save money. It’s about making transport recruitment advertising more affordable for everyone.

Whether you’re advertising one position or regularly recruiting across an entire national fleet, the principle remains the same.

You should be paying for a practical advertising service, not an unnecessarily expensive recruitment process.

BUILT FOR TRUCK DRIVERS, TRANSPORT OPERATORS AND THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP AUSTRALIA MOVING

Get Trucked X Transport Jobs isn’t another general employment platform trying to cover every profession under the sun.

It’s focused on the Australian transport and logistics industry.

That means businesses can advertise vacancies for:

  • HR, HC and MC truck drivers

  • Interstate and linehaul truck drivers

  • B-double and road train drivers

  • FIFO mining and triple road train operators

  • Local delivery and distribution drivers

  • Tipper, tanker and bulk haulage drivers

  • Refrigerated transport and container drivers

  • Heavy vehicle mechanics and diesel fitters

  • Forklift operators and warehouse staff

  • Transport allocators, schedulers and fleet managers

  • Freight, logistics and transport administration staff

Whether you’re recruiting an MC driver for interstate freight between Brisbane and Melbourne, an HC driver for local deliveries in Sydney, a FIFO road train operator in Western Australia or a diesel mechanic in Adelaide, the platform is designed around the actual employment needs of Australia’s transport industry.

THERE’S ALREADY A MASSIVE TRANSPORT AUDIENCE BEHIND IT

One of the biggest advantages of Get Trucked X Transport Jobs is that it wasn’t launched without an existing audience.

Through my Facebook page, Get Trucked With Ash (Diesel Doll), I’ve built an audience of truck drivers, transport workers and people interested in the Australian trucking industry.

The page generates approximately 3 to 5 million views each month.

That’s millions of monthly content views from an audience built around trucks, transport, heavy vehicles and the people working in the industry.

When I launched the dedicated Get Trucked X Transport Jobs Facebook page, the response was extraordinary.

The new transport jobs page reached 2 MILLION VIEWS IN ITS FIRST WEEK.

For a brand-new page dedicated to transport employment, that was an incredibly encouraging start.

It demonstrated just how much interest exists in Australian truck driving jobs, transport recruitment and employment opportunities.

And it reinforced something I’d believed for a long time.

There are businesses looking for staff and drivers looking for opportunities.

We just need more affordable and practical ways to connect them.

These figures represent Facebook content views, rather than unique job applicants, but they demonstrate the audience and interest surrounding the Get Trucked platforms.

AFFORDABLE ADVERTISING WITHOUT THE UNNECESSARY EXTRAS

Get Trucked X Transport Jobs was designed to offer a straightforward alternative to expensive general recruitment websites.

The focus is on helping businesses advertise their vacancies without requiring enormous advertising budgets.

No matter whether you’re a family-owned transport company advertising your first employee or a national operator recruiting across multiple locations, affordable advertising should be available to you.

And for drivers, the platform provides somewhere dedicated to finding opportunities in the industry they actually work in.

From local HR truck driving jobs and HC tipper positions to MC interstate linehaul, road train, FIFO mining transport and heavy vehicle mechanic vacancies, it’s about making relevant opportunities easier to discover.

Because recruitment doesn’t need to be complicated to be useful.

BUILT BY SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THE INDUSTRY

I’m not a corporate recruitment executive who decided trucking looked like an interesting market.

I’m a truck driver turned driver trainer.

I’ve spent years around trucks, transport operators, driver training and the people who make this industry what it is.

I’ve heard the frustrations firsthand.

I’ve listened to friends running family transport businesses explain how difficult and expensive it has become to recruit.

And I’ve spoken to drivers who are actively searching for better employment opportunities.

Get Trucked X Transport Jobs came from those conversations.

Not from a boardroom.

Not from a corporate recruitment strategy.

But from recognising a genuine problem and wanting to create a more affordable alternative.

Australia relies on the transport industry.

From local delivery drivers and interstate linehaul operators to road train drivers, heavy vehicle mechanics and logistics staff, these are the people who keep freight moving across the country.

And the businesses employing them deserve better options when it comes to recruitment advertising.

A family-owned trucking business shouldn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars just to look for another driver.

And a large national transport operator shouldn’t automatically have to accept enormous annual job advertising expenses as the cost of doing business.

Get Trucked X Transport Jobs was built to offer a more affordable way forward.

For small businesses.

For family-owned fleets.

For national transport companies.

And for the drivers and transport workers searching for their next opportunity.
