Get Trucked × Transport Jobs was built after years of hearing the same frustration from people I know, and admire across the transport industry: recruitment advertising can become incredibly expensive, especially when businesses are paying high fees every time they need to advertise a role.

Having so many friends and industry connections constantly talk about the stress of cost-per-ad recruitment platforms made me want to build something different.

​

I created a Small Business package specifically for companies that may only need to advertise a couple of times a year. The idea was simple: give smaller operators access to proper transport-focused recruitment advertising without forcing them into huge ongoing costs. Even that package can work out cheaper than buying just two standard advertisements elsewhere.

I also created larger packages for fleets and high-volume employers that recruit regularly throughout the year.

For some businesses, depending on how often they advertise and what they currently spend on recruitment platforms, the savings could be substantial, potentially tens of thousands of dollars a year and, for larger fleets, significantly more.

The goal is not simply to be another jobs board. It is to provide transport businesses with a more affordable, industry-specific way to reach drivers and transport workers across Australia.
