NEW ACA-FATIGUE HOURS & TEMPLATES

The NHVR has introduced 10 ACA-Fatigue (Alternative Compliance Accreditation – Fatigue) work and rest templates for eligible heavy vehicle operators. These templates provide different work and rest schedule options under the ACA-Fatigue scheme. Operators may also propose their own schedule for assessment. Appropriate accreditation and approval requirements must be met before operating under an ACA-Fatigue option.
